ECM - Emotional Clearing Method
ECM is a technique that was influenced in its development by psychology, neuroscience, neuro linguistic programing, reiki, hypnosis, visualization and a combination of emotional release techniques used throughout history.
This technique is very helpful to release negative emotions such as anger, resentment, sadness, fear, guilt, shame and any emotions that you identify as having a negative impact on your mind or life.
Ho’oponopono Guided Meditation
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice focused on reconciliation, forgiveness, and healing. The word "ho’oponopono" translates to "to make right" or "to correct." Traditionally, it was used within Hawaiian families as a ritual for resolving conflicts, releasing negative feelings, and restoring harmony. Ho’oponopono is based on the belief that unresolved emotions and conflicts can create imbalances in our relationships and within ourselves, impacting our well-being.
